Comland Commercial Limited is a privately owned property company based in South Bucks, between High Wycombe and Beaconsfield.

Comland owns and develops offices, industrial and retail property predominantly in the M40 and M4 corridors.

Comland has active development projects totalling in excess of 150,000 sq. ft., many of which are in or approaching the construction phase.  In addition, the existing portfolio extends to in excess of 400,000 sq ft., producing an annual rent roll exceeding £4m.

The company started in 1997 as a de-merger from Banner Homes Group PLC.  Stuart Crossley the founder of Banner Homes and his family remain Comland’s majority shareholders.
